Target Audience:
This lecture is designed to provide physicians, pharmacists, nurse practitioners, residents, as well as any medical or allied health professional with advanced information to improve their care of older adults.

Learning objectives:
At the conclusion of this lecture, learners should be better able to:
    Define the role of home care/home-based medicine in the health care continuum, Discuss ways to administer complex medical regimens (IV medications) in the home, Identify methods of securing reimbursement for services provided in the home
